Internal Platform: Toolbox
Project 1 2023, Health2Sync
Product Goal
Toolbox is an internal operations system designed to standardize internal workflows. This platform consists of two main functions:
Sending customized and automated app messages
Allowing internal staff and external partners to create programs in our app
My Deliverables
Delivered the first phase of Toolbox: creating message and campaign.
Designed the structure for program tasks spanning various data types, including diary entries, articles, and CGM data. Additionally, it also requires setting different target logic.

Challenges
Data types are complex: The app supports 10 types of health data, and different data may also have more than 10 types of goal settings.
Simplify the complex information architecture to enable external partners to create tasks easily.

Design Solutions
Designed the form using a categorization method that is easy for users to understand, then expanded on detailed settings, guiding users step by step to complete tasks.
Added app preview screens to clearly show what users will see in various states, reducing the likelihood of mistakes.

Patient Management Platform
Project 2 2023, Health2Sync
Product Goal
Healthcare professionals can view patient records from the Health2Sync app, enabling them to prioritize care through data-driven insights and offering a tool for efficient communication with patients.
My Deliverables
Optimized several charts, including the diary chart with steps and blood glucose by time period.
Optimized the design of the chatroom, enhancing the image upload userflow.
Internal Management Platform: Teamgoal!
Project 3 2021, AJA×Gamania
Product Goal
TeamGoal is an internal management platform that focuses on teamwork and progress tracking, fostering closer communication across all levels. This platform also offers customized features for Gamania, including writing weekly report and tasks approvals.
My Deliverables
Delivered wireframes of homepage, group posts and tasks approval.
